SGFM-1100 Fully Automatic Laminating Machine Applications: To do two kinds of lamination:glueless thermal film lamination and pre-coated thermal film lamination. Features: SGFM-1100 fully automatic laminating machine is designed for the lamination of glueless film or pre-glued film and paper. The machine realizes complete automation to paper feeding, lamination, paper cut, paper receiving and temperature control. The electrical and pneumatic devices are controlled by PLC (programmable control) system, and can be operated easily via touch screen. Heating roll adopts built-in oil heating system. This machine centralizes the features of high automation, easy operation, high speed, big pressure and high precision, and is the best choice with high cost performance for large and medium-size enterprises. Configuration: 1. CE certificated 2. Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically. And paper can be added even when the machine is kept running. 3. Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector, paper break protector and paper superposing protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper, paper break or paper superposition occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection. 4. Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. to guarantee paper conveying and overlap stable and regular. 5. Man-machine interface system: 7.5''color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time. 6. High precision of chrome plated heating roller is equipped with built-in oil heating system, which has excellent performance to temperature control. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications. 7. Hydraulic pressuring system provides automatically big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality. 8. Air expansion shaft releases film, and precisionizes film release, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient. 9. The combination of air expansion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and speed. 10. Film cutter cuts film width to make it meet paper size. The cut film is left on the film release spindle. 11. Film perforating wheel perforates film edge for the automatic cut of laminated paper. 12. Water chiller fills ice water to anti-curvature device and recycles the ice water. When going though the anti-curvature device, the laminated paper shall be leveled and cooled at once and wont curve again after cut. This item is optional. 13. Pneumatic cutting system realizes automatic paper cut as long as the operator inputs the workable paper size on the touch screen. 14. If the laminated paper doesnt need to be cut, it can be winded automatically by air expansion shaft. Winding speed is adjustable. 15. Auto paper collector equipped with pat device stacks and tidies up cut paper. Patting frequency of pat device is adjustable. Receiving table can rise and drop upon applications. 16. Film loader will help the operator to load heavy film roller easy.
